ACCEPT

Energy communities are a vehicle for involving citizens in the energy transition, but currently lack the necessary tools to exploit the available opportunities. ACCEPT aims to fill this gap by delivering a digital toolbox that energy communities can use to offer innovative services and gain access to revenue streams that can financially support their operations.

BRIGHT

BRIGHT leverages on a participatory co-creation process to bring consumers at the center stage and improve their energy user experience to boost the role of demand response in the power sector through DLT, Artificial Intelligence and Digital Twins models.

CoordiNet

The project aims to demonstrate how Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Transmission System Operators (TSOs) shall act in a coordinated manner to procure grid services in the most reliable and efficient way and to enable a seamless pan-European electricity market.

HESTIA

HESTIA aims to provide a cost-effective solution for the next-generation DR services which leverage the consumer engagement, energy and non-energy services, while dealing with both the energy supply and demand side in a holistic manner. The project engages with consumers enabling them to play an active role in flexibility sharing.

iFLEX

The aim of the project is to make it easier for you and me as energy consumers to be part of energy solutions that focus on demand response, in which energy consumption (demand) is adjusted in response to price signals coming from an energy actor. Project focus is especially on household consumers for supporting high penetration of renewable energy such as solar power.

INTERRFACE

INTERRFACE project develops an Interoperable pan-European Grid Services Architecture (IEGSA) to act as the interface between the power system (TSO and DSO) and the customers. Digital tools based on blockchain and data management provide new opportunities for electricity market participation to engage consumers into the project.

OneNet

The initiative aims to create the conditions for a new generation of grid services able to fully exploit demand response, storage and distributed generation while promoting a fair environment for the consumer. The project designs One Network for Europe to build a customer centric approach to grid operation and to foster a wide consensus within the international energy community.

REDREAM

The main objective of the REDREAM project is to effectively move the consumer participation to the centre of the energy market through an open and co-creative ecosystem where all stakeholders actively interact. This ambitious challenge requires the collection of demand response tools and services capable of enabling consumers participation in the energy market and consumption.

SENDER

The project’s overall aim is to develop and test the next generation of energy service applications for demand-response, home-automation and -convenience. This includes engaging consumer/prosumers directly in a co-creation process with other actors from the energy domain.
